Welcome back!
I hope that everyone had a fun and active summer. This year should be a fun one in P.E.! There are just a few rules that everyone should remember for my class.
1. We will be following the "Walk Worthy" theme.
2. Please follow all rules and listen to all instructions for safety reasons.
3. Tennis shoes or shoes that tie are the best. Shoes must fit properly and remain on their feet. WE do a lot of running and jumping so flying shoes are a hazard.
4. Junior High students must have a clean P.E. uniform on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. They MUST be dressed out on these days!
5. Girls must have bike shorts on under their skirts, even if they are wearing tights! Navy, black, or hunter green are the required colors.
6. Bottle water is they wish.
If you have any questions please leave a message at the office and I weill return your call as soon as I can! (831) 449-0140 x10

Congratulations go to all of you! Rememeber: we may not be doing anymore challenges, but we should still be doing exercise or moving.

HAPPY FRIDAY!
Thank you to all the students for doing your exercise logs over the holidays and remembering to turn them in. Kudos!!
For those who have not turned in your logs, please do so. The log is part of your grade. You may include recess, walking the dog, and doing laundry.
As of today, we are on the 5th challenge. Let's try and complete at least 2 more after this. The more we complete, the better the chances are that we may win some new equipment or money for our PE program. Besides this, we are getting into shape and building great muscles!
Keep up the great work!
